All tanks have been checked and tested again in advance of shipment, and all fittings are pre-installed before packing up. Just like the video, 3BBL fermenters are requested to replace it with a high-level sampling valve and add a rotary arm according to customers’ requirement. If you have customized requests of fermenters,on't hesitate to voice your ideas and opinions.
And here below is other standard configuration of 3BBL fermenter for your reference.
- with an extra 20% headspace
- CIP arm & Co2 blow off arm
- Spunding Valve
- Sampling Valve
- Carbonation Port with fittings
- Discharge port
- 4 heavy legs with adjustable bolt
- double layered with insulation and glycol cooling jackets
