Carry Brewtech the 3th batch of beer is to brew English Brown Ale. During crushing malt to mashing process, it takes about 6 hours. Now, it’s in the fermentation process.

There are some details about this brewing day.
Crushing process: About 30 minutes. All grain is crushed by 100kg/h miller
Mashing process: Put crushed malt to Mash tun → Mashing → Lauter → Boiling →Whirlpool
Complete process is about 5 hours, brewing by CARRY 200L pilot 3-vessel brewery system.
Finally, transfer whirlpool wort to fermenters through the hops filter, plate heat exchanger, the wort oxygenation device, temperature gauge
This batch English Brown Ale will be keep fermenting until the end of this month. Let's anticipate beer tasting day!
