CARRY Brewtech 250L Star-series 3 Vessel Brewhouse is specially customized for homebrew hobbies, entry-level Micro Breweries, Pilot Brewing System, or a full-scale Nano-Brewery production.
This is designed for microbrewers who want to star own brewery and want to expand brand specially.
For 250L 3 vessel brewhouse system, its effective volume is 250L, total volume is up to 350L.
All our tanks are double-layer with insulation, and standard heating method is powered by electric elements. If you prefer to use steam heating, that is no problem to provide it for you as well.

Just like the follow picture, this is cutomized 250L 3-vessel brewhouse according to our customer.
Comparing standard configurations of 250L 3-vessel brewhouse, there are some difference and updates as follows.
1-Standard 3-vessel is with 3 sets same lid.
But this cutomized is with another lid which is our distillation lid, if you want to do brewing but also wanna make a gin or make your own whiskey or something like that, that is good choice for you as well.
2-Mash/Lauter tank is added RIMS.
This is optional configuration for all our brewhouse, if you prefer stepped mashing, trust adding the RIMS will be more helpful. Of course, just for electric elements heating, if you like to use steam heating, that is not accessory to add it.
3-Kettle/Whirlpool Tank is with indoor condensing unit.
That is optional configuration as well. Our standard confirguration is with outdoor condensing channel.
4-Add a ladder
thus customers will be easier to operate brewhouse during brewing process, that is our updated confirguration for star-series brewhouse specially, if you don't need, just move it away.

Saccharification flow chart:
step 1: Put the Malt into the Malt miller; in this step can make the malt fully mashed.
step 2: Mix and stir the pulverized malt with 63-68° water, and use the enzymes contained in the malt to decompose the insoluble macromolecular substances (starch, protein, hemicellulose, etc.) in the malt and auxiliary materials into soluble low-molecular-weight substances. (eg sugars, dextrins, amino acids, peptides), in this step we can get the wort.
step 3: The next step is Lauter. In this step, we need to add water at 78-82° twice to wash the wort. Then we will filter to get clear wort. This step can be observed through our sight glass.
step 4: The next step is to boil and spin sink. Through this step, we sterilize the wort. The purpose of the spin sink is to precipitate the deteriorated protein in the wort, so that we can get a clearer wort.
